Science and intellect light the way and makes possible the choice of path to words the aim. For this reason, science, which is considered one of the superior human characteristics, in mostly a tool in honorably traditions, not an aim.

The connection of the word science with jurisprudence.
It is by taking into account this instrumental worth of science that relates the worth of science to its subject and aim. In the honorable traditions of Islam, between the word science, which is an instrument and tool and the words religion and jurisprudence, which states the commands of God, we observe a very strong connection which includes the highest and superior human worth's, even though science plays its instrumental part in material and industrial instances.
In the honorable traditions, in this way, the word accidence is used in its most superior status, which is learning religious jurisprudence and religious thought, and the words science, jurisprudence and tradition are fused and bound together. And now, the problems faced to reach religious, jurisprudence and traditional science, come under the title of scientific problems in " the book of science" from the honorable collection of Kafi. Also, the problem of dissolving contradicting traditions, the problem of opinion and comparison, thought policies on regulations and law in cases where the worlds creator and absolute science, distinguishes its way and policy explains the divine laws and notifies regulations.
The second volume of the English translation of the honorable collection of Kafi, puts at your disposal, the first part of " the book of science". In this volume, we study chapters with these titles: the necessity of science and its search; how is science and its superiority, the superiority of its intellects; socializing and companionship with the intellects; the distribution of science, and on those whose action are without scientific back-up; the intellect being unexcusable for treading on the wrong path, and the severity of the low concerning him ets…
